Presentation Day!

What I noticed from observing the presentations today was that the students that researched and presented by themselves (due the absence of their partners or group delegation) had very thorough and well prepared presentations. One girl actually told me in the previous lesson that she found she worked better without the friend there. This indicates to me that student choice in terms of grouping is not productive yet. Next lesson I want to evaluate our experience and see if they draw the same conclusion as I did. I believe that if the students realise this for themselves, they can be more in control of their learning.
