Examples
In the Banners project group, I guided the students through the project process to produce high quality banners that demonstrate our habits.

We were also able to produce banners for our three project strands:
-Kaitiakitanga (places)
-Manaakitanga (people)
-Waihanga (things)

During the process, students collaborated with local businesses, fellow students and teachers, to document, share ideas and gain feedback.

'Foster trust, respect and cooperation with and among learners so that they experience an environment in which it is safe to take risks'.
'Develop an environment where the diversity and uniqueness of all learners are accepted and valued.'
