Ensuring that I follow school procedures and processes such as recording attendance, carrying out duties and entering information on the school database when necessary. Attending meetings to participate in discussions around my subject area and within my pastoral care role.

In 2021 I contributed to the school production, by creating some costume pieces and props for 2 of the main characters.
During this process, I built relationships with both the students and staff involved. This also broadened my knowledge and understanding of how a school show is prepared and managed, and made me think about student involvement in the future.
Working with fellow colleagues to offer advise based on evidenced based practice and experience.
