Graduating

I think there are many components that make up a good teacher. I believe that the most important qualities a teacher can possess are the ability to engage the learner, enable learning through experience and inquiry, and recognising the individual. After experiencing a classroom first hand I would say that these are almost impossible to attain without building a good rapport with your students. Without this you cannot expect motivation and a positive attitude which I believe are the key elements that drive effective learning.
