Our Project Showtime is an event that allows our students to demonstrate their learning to whanau, fellow students and the wider community.
This year, we placed emphasis on inviting our Kahui Ako primary schools. This acted as the first stage in my inquiry in terms of building a welcoming culture to enhance the feeling of belonging within our school. Our students collaborated to set up displays, present their work and interact with visitors. Project groups could also invite their partners to show their progress and final outcomes.
