Practice
Developing personal goals to improve my teaching practice. Attending professional learning sessions and carrying out online training such as first aid. Developing skills and knowledge around workshop tools and machinery. Studying science topics, consulting with the Science department and conducting simple, safe experiments. Developing knowledge and skills in coding, CAD and 3D printing.
Taking on the role of Digital Classroom Officer, which required me to attend weekly online workshops and share knowledge and skills with a wide range of staff members throughout the school.

Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school and/or system priorities.
STEM is part of the school's strategic plan and in 2021 the iSTEM course was implemented for year 9.
In order to successfully carryout the iSTEM course, I needed to develop skills and knowledge in Science, coding and CAD.
My focus on the development and integration of digital technology is a large part of my 2021 Professional Development Plan.
